In Group Reflection sessions, participants are encouraged to identify an issue they would like to work on. We then go into the sound bath with this in mind, and allow the sound to do the work.

 During this tranquil session, you’ll be guided into relaxation, as waves of resonance from crystal singing bowls, gongs, Himalayan singing bowls, and therapeutic percussion instruments wash over you.

The vibrations help calm the nervous system, and promote a sense of peace and wellbeing. Whether you’re seeking stress relief, emotional release, or simply time to reconnect with yourself, this immersive experience offers a powerful reset.

Please note this session will be filmed as part of an assessment. The camera will be pointed only at the facilitator and will not feature any of the participants, though they may be heard on the video.

No prior meditation experience is needed — just bring an open heart, and a willingness to relax fully.

Please bring a thick yoga or camping mat, a blanket or something similar to keep you warm, and some drinking water.
