Heart Sonics

Kay trained with the British Academy of Sound Therapists. She is a proud member of the International Therapeutic Sound Association (ITSA). Her approach blends professional expertise with deep compassion for wellbeing, creating a safe and nurturing space for clients to experience the restorative power of sound.

With a background in nursing and adult care, Kay has spent many years supporting people through their health and wellbeing journeys. This foundation has given her a strong understanding of the body, mind, and emotions, as well as a gentle, person-centred approach to healing.

Kay now channels this knowledge and care into her sound therapy practice, using gongs, singing bowls, crystal bowls, and other therapeutic instruments to help reduce stress, restore balance, and promote relaxation. Her intention is to gently support you to greater peace, resilience, and connection.
